  Assoc. prof.
Assoc. prof. Katia Dupret investigates future of work from a social psychological perspective and in purpose-driven organisations (e.g. social enterprises, cooperatives, NGO's). She has a special focus on how professionals and management are creating ways of organising and thriving that aims at greater sustainability on both a personal and societal level.
Through the lense of social innovation she investigates how societal and civil engagement is organised in collaborative research projects among European researchers.
