Shreya Paudel is a PhD candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her research focuses on institutions for collective action, particularly the role of size and heterogeneity in shaping their resilience and performance. She holds a Master’s in Global Development from Palacky University Olomouc, University of Clermont Auvergne, and University of Pavia, where she explored the relationship between collective action and heterogeneity. Shreya has extensive research experience, including work on governance, economic development, and social inclusion in Nepal and Sierra Leone.
