Violeta Bouzada Novoa is a PhD student of the Interuniversity Doctoral Program in Economic Analysis and Business Strategy at the University of A Coruña (UDC), working on the: “The role of social enterprises in business ecosystems for the circular economy. The case of the Textile sector”. She is graduated from University of Vigo (Spain) with a BA in Advertising and Public Relations, followed by a Master’s Degree in Fashion Business Administration in the ISEM Fashion Business School from the University of Navarra (Spain), and recently, from the Course of Specialization in Sustainability and Social Innovation, promoted by the Inditex-UDC Chair of Sustainability (Spain). She started her professional career in a Spanish-Portuguese cross-border cooperation non-profit entity, focusing on the urban sustainable development and later, in different fashion companies in Spain, Germany and France in the area of Product Management. Currently she is part of the research project: “CO-CRESEO: Value co-creation in Social Enterprises. Effects of Omnichannel Strategy” led by the University of Oviedo.
