  Nadine Richez-Battesti was first researcher in the center of international economics and finance (CEFI). She is professor at the Aix-Marseille University and researcher in economics at LEST-CNRS since 2006.

Nadine Richez-Battesti is professor at the Aix-Marseille University and researcher in economics at LEST-CNRS since 2006.

  • She is co-responsible with Francesca Petrella of the second year of the Master Degree specialised in the management of third sector organisations of the Aix-Marseille University. She is member of research networks at national and international levels (e.g. ADDES, CIRIEC International, CIRIEC France, RIUESS). She has developed research on social economy organisations, their evolutions and interactions with public policies ; social innovation, and new forms of governance of social welfare services ; quality of work in social economy. In particular, she studied Cooperative banks and cluster.

  • She participated in the European research program on social care services with Bernard Enjolras (2007-2009) and in the TSI project (European research project aimed at identifying the scope and size of the third sector in Europe and at measuring its impact for society) in which EMES is involved and member of the french team of the ICSEM Project. She was coorganiser with Francesca Petrella and the Lest of the 6th EMES-COST-CNRS International Training School in Marseille on research methods.

  • She is a member of the editorial committee of the French revue “RECMA”.

  • She has recently coordinate with Xabier Itçaina « Social and solidaritybased economy and territory : From embeddedness to coconstruction”, Peter Lang. and with Pascal Glemain, Glémain Economie sociale et social business, au défi d’entreprendre et se financer, Marchés et Organisations, 1/ n°31.
